The earliest style of Kung Fu is thousands of years old. At the same time, China was also shared with Africans. Is it possible that the Africans created the style and the Chinese learnt it as well?

Its very doubtful. The middle east is the more likely candidate before africa

edit:>
there is no single source for all martial arts each country developed there own as well as influanced others.
for china the main sources beside china itself is the middle east and india. i have never seen any early reference to africa

Martial arts as it is recognized today is in the most basic form a systemization of violence. This systemization occurs because of need to teach the younger generation of what the older generation knows. So in the very root of things martial arts is just an older or more experienced person teaching younger or less experienced person how to deal with violence. The assumption that there is one beginning and root to martial arts is to assume that there was no violence in the world, no parent teaching their children to deal with violence, no wars as there was no warriors to start the wars. The idea that there is one source of martial arts is to claim that there was a time of absolute peace until one created violence. That humans are the absolute peaceful being if not for the violence that martial arts brought into this world.
Knowing the human kind, there probably was billions of sources of martial arts. Not just one, and probably every village had a person who wanted to codify what they knew or thought they knew. This tradition is still continued today, and you can still see it today on Y! answers every time someone asks if they can create their own style.

The Zulu’s were pretty much feared as a fierce martial power in Africa, if your looking to identify with an original Martial art which existed in Africa for Africans.
Capoeira is also considered a black martial arts.
